The Botanist of Passion has a sweetish tart taste with a dry finish. As the cocktail was inspired by another recipe that was fairly close to the ingredients, this recipe has taken on a flavor of its own.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz The Botanist Gin Islay Dry
  • 0.5 oz Passoa
  • 0.5 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Garnish

  • Mint Sprigs
  • Flower (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to shaker with ice
  2. Shake and pour in to glass
  3. Add Garnish

Glassware

  • Rocks Glass

Notes

  • Best served with crushed ice
