The Spicy Thai Mojito is a variant of the Mojito with a some heat. The heat can be adjusted based upon the mixture of the syrup.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Thai Pepper Syrup
- 3 oz Sparkling Water
Garnish
- 3 Mint Sprigs
- 2 Thai Red Peppers
Instructions
- Add Thai Pepper Syrup and Mint leaves to Shaker and muddle.
- Add White Rum, Lime Juice, and Ice to shaker and shake.
- Pour ingredients to in to glass.
- Add Thai Peppers and Sparkling Water to glass and mix in glass.
- Add Garnish
