The Kingston Negroni is a rum variant of the classic Negroni cocktail. This variant was created in 2009 by Joaquín Simó and became a popular hit with being added to many craft cocktail bars.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Smith & Cross overproof Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth (Suggested Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth)
Garnish
- Orange Twist
Instructions
- Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice
- Mix and pour in to glass
- Add Garnish
